Wrap the canopy to contain all grease and debris
Scrape out all grease from tracks, flue stem, horizontal ductwork, and rooftop fan
Apply industrial‑strength degreaser to break down remaining buildup
Power‑wash the canopy, flue, and fan for a deep, complete clean
Clean and polish filters to restore airflow and appearance
Wipe down and polish the hood, leaving it sparkling and service‑ready
Take after photos and videos to verify the results
Ensure the entire system is functioning properly
Provide a full inspection report and apply an NFPA‑96 compliant service sticker
