System Inspection
An IKECA‑certified technician conducts a top‑to‑bottom review of your exhaust system, starting at the hood and finishing at the rooftop fan. We take clear photos to document its condition, note any areas of concern, measure grease levels, and evaluate each component to determine what your system needs for safe, effective cleaning.

Prep Work
We shut off gas to all appliances for safety, then cover the entire cook line and surrounding area with high‑grade protective plastic to keep the kitchen clean and fully protected during the cleaning process.

Full‑System Cleaning
We deliver a complete, deep clean of your entire exhaust system. Every component is addressed—the hood’s interior and exterior, filters, ductwork, exhaust fans, and grease‑containment units. Using high‑powered equipment and professional‑strength cleaning agents, we remove all grease buildup and restore your system to safe, efficient operating condition.

NFPA 96 Documentation
You receive a detailed inspection report that includes before‑and‑after photos, system condition notes, compliance status, and recommended service intervals. This documentation meets fire marshal requirements and is stored digitally for easy access whenever you need it.
